Technical Support We combine extensive technical support with old-fashioned personal service. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and communications
equipment. Our operations are fully computerized between our offices
in the USA and in Vienna, Austria. Our vast and comprehensive database enables us to perform all of the essential tasks, and then some….such as complicated cross checks. For example, we will warn you in the planning stages if your dates overlap with a major festival or trade show in a given city…or we will ensure that your group is not scheduled for sightseeing on a day when certain important sites are closed. However: we strongly believe that travel is not a dot-com business, but a people business. This philosophy is our trademark. We can be reached – even at unusual hours – by phone, fax or e-mail for instant response to your communication needs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff members are available to help you in a professional and friendly way. If you need assistance with a presentation, design or publishing services: we can offer you every support when it comes to writing, designing, and producing promotional brochures, flyers, presentation material or special artwork, including computer-based work. We also have destination videos and slides available for your use. If your group plans a pre-trip sales or information meeting, one
of our staff members will be assigned to make a presentation or to
lead a lively question-and-answer session.
