CLUB EUROPA was founded in 1959 by Dr Roland Stemmler and Dr Adolph
Schmidt, and has designed and operated hundreds of group travel projects
to Europe ever since.
From the beginning until the early 1990s the main product was catalog-based
tours, mostly sold on university and college campuses.
After being associated with CLUB EUROPA as director of European operations
since 1978, Andy Benz purchased the company in September
1992. Over the following years, he and his team shifted the focus
from catalog-based tours to customized, "hand-made" journeys
for a wider clientele. As it turned out, no better decision could
have been made.
Today, CLUB EUROPA is a full service tour operator, specializing
in custom-designed group travel projects to Europe.
Our flight department was among the first to offer discount and group
air travel to Europe-bound North Americans ....and today the department
continues to serve the needs of travelers with competitive airfares
to all European destinations.
